At Frye, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items and the original packing slip into the shipping box, ensuring all original tags are attached.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
